on the way bac home...i suddenly ask my father...what is the main difference between black duck n white duck...becoz i hv a lot of questions about the difference...
basically, both of them can lay eggs...but their purpose is different...
most of the ppl will sell the black duck eggs as eating eggs...becoz chinese...black ducks are called as 蛋鸭...from the name...we can knw that the duck is reared for laying eggs...
my father say that most of the time...black duck eggs are used for eating eggs...it can be used to hatch little duck...but if the duck is male...then it is priceless in the market...
some even sell them at 10 sen each...but if the little duck is female..then it can sell with money
for white colour duck...it is called as 種鸭...or 肉鸭...from the appearance...u can see it...
becoz they are really big in size...haha...
most properly...this kind of duck...they will lay eggs too...but their eggs are used to hack little duck
n rear it...becoz their size is big...they need to eat a lot...if the eggs are used as eating eggs...then it is a waste...nw more or less i get to knw the differences...haha...
becoz i feel the same...they can lay eggs...they can be eaten...but i forget the point that their differences in their size...their eggs...n their purpose...
apart from that...there is a new species...call as mule that is being 炒红 by my father...
using of male red face duck(番鸭 or called as 红面鸭) with white duck or black duck(female)
depend on what u wan...if with white duck...the mule duck will become bigger...
beside that...for their foods...that must be a must to have...glucose...fat...starch...but cant over the amount...
apart from that...there is a must that contain a little bit antibiotics...ducks are different from chickens...becoz chickens required more antibiotics in their foods compared to ducks...
so...for duck foods...my father added some chickens foods(饲料) inside...around 600kg duck foods...add in 50kg chicken foods...
beside that...they is a must to hv 牛肉粉 inside the duck fooods...the cows must be new zealand dairy cattle...that is the no.1 beef powder...it is more good is compared of using fish powder...becoz fish powder contains more salt...some of the fish are big and contain lot of fats...
ducks are sensitive towards fats...so it is better to use beef powder...
after saying this...my father tell me about my family history...
he say that black duck...is start from my family...my father rear ducks and collect the eggs...
then hatch the eggs...n sell the little ducks...my father started his duck farm in 1976...
when 1980...mt father started to earn money by selling little ducks...RM1 each...n earned some money...but...there was no account for my family...(that time still 公家) ... mean the money that we earn...will split for whole family...some of the money is being...EATEN by some of the family members...even my father asked the opinion of my uncle n my grandmum...they not agreed to set up accounts for this business...but around 1997 or 1998...the business was declining...n finally my father needed to close the duck farms...
my 2nd uncle is such a DAMN ppl...from my father...i can see that...he is the one that knows to scold ppl n sleep only...when earning money...he said that was his business...
when started to owe ppl money...he said that all the ducks were reared by my father...
finally...my father sold out all the duck in the farm n close the farm...
my 2nd uncle said that the farm was belonging to him...so we 赶我们出去...
we were moving out to our new house at 24/12/1998...
my father also said that...my grandfather...and my grandfather brother story...
they were same story...hatching eggs n selling ducks...
when earning money...everyone happy...but started to loss money...they started to argue...
finally my grandfather moved out with nothing...
at that time...my eldest uncle n eldest aunt...they helped ppl to send water from the entrances to the ppl house...1sen per 1 bottle...after that...when the turn my grandfather started to hatch eggs...my eldest uncle buy a motorcycle with 3 tyres...selling the ducks all around...
my father also said that he cycled to sell water also...1 round only 30 sen...from entrances to ppl house...it is really a hard times...after i hear it...n compared to ppl nw...compared to me...
i m just ntg...i m just using money...i m having more relax life if compared to my father...
haiz...must spend wisely afterward...^^
